The hotel staff was excellent, kind and considerate. Place was well kept. The water went out at the hotel and the manager was so helpful and fixed issues within 2 days( reliance had issues) . There is so many amenities and wonderful walking area, its a country atmosphere with people who truly care about their guest! Hatel the manager is the best! I would stay here again. This place is a safe haven and is very close knit place where respect and good accommodations reside ! Very clean and upkept! Consider Countryside when booking your next stay in strathroy!!
The New owners have EXCELLENT Hospitality skills & are very Warm & Friendly. They are working away renovating & upgrading each the rooms, room by room. My better half & I rent the Jacuzzi suite when we stay there which has been newly renovated, making the room look much more warm & inviting with just the right amount of natural day light & since the Reno on that room I find this room to be much more inviting & relaxing cause before these new owners I found the room/rooms to dark & dingey but now you can see & feel the old country charming hospitality. It's mine and my boyfriends lil getaway without having to actually get away ....so thank you and we look forward to seeing the finished overall outcome when all the Renos are all done. The wife and I went for the weekend. The room was clean and tidy with attention to detail the beds remarkably made. I was pleased with the bathrooms lots of towels very hot water. The owner the his wife and their university age son seem to put a lot of attention into the business. We plan to go back in the near future before Christmas for a quick couple nights stay. It’s not the Hilton it is what it is but it’s clean and inexpensive it does the job for a couple nights with hot water and a clean bed.
I stay at a lot of hotels and motels because of my job. This place is only a 20 min drive to London give or take a few minutes. The manager was very kind hearted willing to take care of you, making sure you have everything you need. He has a grate daily and weekly rates too. My bed was a very comfortable nothing beats brand new so comfy, my room was very clean and smelled fresh when I arrived the bathroom was clean too, newly renovated windows and carpets.also comming back to fresh towels,sheets. And a spotless room everyday was wonderful did not have to lift a finger I had a lovely stay for almost two weeks never had any problems. Most important I never felt the need to take all my valuables with me when I left for work FELT VERY SAFE.. please be sure to cheak this place out it is cozy warm and quite: ) I will definitely be comming back
My fiance and I were trying to find a house here in strathroy so we stayed at this hotel every weekend leading up to xmas of 2017. As of boxing day 2017, my fiances job started and he needed to stay here but since we had no house, he rented out a room for 2 months until we found a house and could move into it. They were super accommodating for us and allowed us to come and go each month paying a flat rate. For living out of a hotel for two months, it worked and he was able to be at work every day plus look at houses around here without travelling very far.
You get all the facilities that you need for the price they charge. Nice comfortable beds and clean rooms. Also, excellent attitude of the owners. I got stranded during the snow squall and luckily found this motel. Was promptly given the last room they had available.
i stayed 3 night last month its really worth it for price, quite place, little outside town but not far, less then 5 minute tim hortones, grocery store. Everyday housekeeping, very clean, Owner is very helpful , i never seen owner like this,
Stayed a couple of nights for a long weekend. A bit in the middle of nowhere but prices were fair and the rooms were pretty decent.
Love this motel. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Spacious room. Staff great. Bottled water in room very nice touch. Awesome Wi-Fi-connection easy. Easy location off 402. Great customer service. Came in late..got us right into our room. Thanks for the great night's sleep.
Always have had a great experience at the countryside motel, I'd definitely recommend staying here if your ever in strathroy and need a place to sleep. Hatel the owner is very kind and always has been, rooms are always clean and the location is perfect!
